Since expanding its operations in India in October 2025, AI research company Anthropic has seen usage of its AI platform Claude.ai double, according to Irina Ghose, Managing Director of Anthropic India, in an interview with Moneycontrol. India is now the company’s second largest market in terms of platform usage, with a significant portion of activity focused on assisting developers with coding and computational tasks.
Globally, Anthropic’s revenue run rate has surged to $14 billion, reflecting strong growth over the past three years.
